The Ocean Hill Houses are a group of 3 projects houses focused within Ocean HIll, Brooklyn (Brownsville area) orginially constructed near the 1920s-1950s. These houses where a center of gang violence and the crack-cocaine epidemic. Multiple ape, brim getstr8 and m8v3n factions come from these houses and the surrounding area, many people from these houses moved to Boyd Gardens, a new housing unit like the Marcus Garvey Houses.
After the direct indictment of multiple street crews within the Boyd Gardens and Ocean HIll Houses multiple inhabitants of both project houses moved back to Boyd to avoid the direct wrath of the NYPD. during this timing multiple members of the multiple factions moved there firearms within to the boyd gardens houses, starting this as there stappling of "opening shop"
This group started by directly selling Codiene, Herion, Weed and Morphine outside of the projects housing, keeping them selves concealed from the NYPD. However, this all changed after Multiple other enemy factions enetered the projects, factions such as the Project KIngs have had multiple members murdered within these projects by the Everything 4 Trey orginial inhabintants, members of these houses can't directly be spotted as its a orgnization shared by the entire projects.
After a while the inhabitants of Boyd Gardens started there own movement under "Move On Our Own" , a directly play on the WOOO , JOOO and CHOO movements spread across brooklyn, this movement featured YGz, GetStr8s and Hats from all around Boyd Gardens, members of MOOO are told to jack there originial faction and never directly give up that they are apart of the Drugs trade orgnization known as MOOO.
MOOO Is a movement to directly counter all other Movements.
5staccs was orginially a subset of E4T to begin with, one of the originial factions to join the MOOO movement, because of this there is a heavy MOOO presence within the schools and the 53rd area, the movement jacks 3 Guns, as a play to JOOOs 2 guns, this repersents how the faction is fully against everybody, WOOK CHOOK JOOOK. After a while of the toxic relationships around boyd multiple street gangs came together to form a larger organization..
Under this movement of MOOO the faction rebranded to a DTO (Drug trade organization) with a street gang openly running under it. Using Jahiem's (700JahmirHS) and His Brother's (Nokespry5) gun dealing and trafficking skills.
The street gang running under MOOO took the shape of a remake of Boyd's own 5 Staccs.
After these direct changes the faction took a reapproch to the drug trade game, operating with one street clique transferring firearms back to Manhattan and the Bronx
while the largest half of the faction brought the firearms back in by driving out of state before delievering them.
This new apporch allowed the street gang members to focus on creating drugs while they brought high power firearms back to new York.
However this crashed quickly after a raid by the local PD, Finding 100s of firearms within the houses.
5 Staccs/GTB is a YS Subset mainly made of children in the local school known as EBHS. The factions start is unknown but it's a group that's been going on within the area for a while, fully spreading into the school surrounding it within recent times. This group started as a way for the local children to stay protected inside of school and to stay with a solid income of cash. the groups main focus is bringing in cash to each other and the supply of basic weapons inside the school, such as knives for threatening people and other contrabanded items.
The first known instance of a 5 Stacc member was seen about a year ago, no other known region of this faction is anywhere around the block, it's considered the most inactive YSz subset during the summer but during the school year It seems to always be an active source of fights and clique banging. Members of 5 Staccs usually wear beads to avoid the detection of the schools officials. This allows them to represent 5staccs while following dress code
Most members of GTB Are usually seen participating in scamming, Credit card fraud or drug deals, as this is how the children supply there selves with cash. Unlike a usual gang GTB isn't hard to join, it's more a easier way to become a YSz without having to put in the pain like other sets such as E4T and Bin City. After the indictment of E4T 5STACCS Decided to move there operations away from them and join the drug trade. It's now common to see children
dealing drugs in school and sniffing cocaine.
