Alexander Dixon Caffery was born on September 21st, 1965. He was raised in Boyd Gardens, an area in the Bronx. His family struggled with money and to pay bills. Alexander Dixon Caffery attended East Bronx High School, where he was getting high performance grades and was attempting to pursue a career in law. When he was 16, he enrolled in an internship problem in a law firm called Anderson Associates. He graduated at 20, and immediately applied for Harvard University and was accepted. Shortly after, he moved to Cambridge, Massachusetts to study at this university. After he graduated Harvard, he decided to move to Manhattan. He then enrolled in the J. Edgar Academy for the Federal Bureau of Investigations. After weeks of training, Alexander Dixon Caffery graduated the academy and became a Special Agent and was assigned to a field office in Manhattan, New York. He was 21. After 16 years of dedicated services to the Bureau, on May 19, 2002, Alexander Caffery was appointed as the Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's New York section by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Director. Alexander Dixon Caffery announced his run for the State New York Governor on August 30th, 2019. After securing a majority of the votes, Alexander Dixon Caffery assumed office of Governor on September 11th, 2019. After 1-2 weeks, Alexander Dixon Caffery was illegally ousted from the position of Governor after several accusations. He then took a visit to Moscow, Russia, where he met his uncle who was born in Russia, and he had visited him several times when he was younger. After, his uncle introduced him to President Vladimir Putin and he had explained his situation. “Pure dirt” said Putin...”It’s time we put an end to this”. Putin and Caffery also laughed about how he still had access to FBI files, but Putin said to not send them to him quite yet. He worked with Putin to secretly get facial surgery, he then went bald, and secretly changed his name to Dmitry Petrov, as well as giving Caffery 200 burner phones and a secret code which deletes all messages and calls when clicking G seventeen times. He then worked to get a new identity with Dmitry Petrov in it, with Putin's help of corrupt Department of State officials. Shortly after, he flew back to New York where suddenly Putin calls him on one of his burner phones telling him to meet one of his close friends, Andrei Korolev. After, Caffery now under the name of "Dmitry Petrov" met Andrei Korolev and they discussed creating a Russian mafia to build respect within the country, but they decided to begin from area to area, make money and keep the country under their control while being a "secret criminal society", so they decided to name the mafia "Solntsevskaya Bratva" which translates to "bright brotherhood". Korolev told Petrov that he was good at dirty work, so he will find somebody he trusts to be the Underboss, and Petrov made him the Capo of Recruitment. Since then, Korolev has been recruiting his Russian friends interested in "dirty work" to assist with the mafia.



Solntsevskaya Bratva focuses on getting money, building connections, taking hit orders, trafficking weapons, and all other illegal activity, and their purpose is to infiltrate the government fully. We don't use social media in order to keep everything secret. Members of this Bratva don't go outside without masks and are most of the time hidden, so you will never know who is apart of the mafia.




(( In order to join, you must know how to roleplay, if you don't know how to make screens, you'll be taught, you may not have a history of snitching. If you qualify, you must contact the Capo of Recruitment, Andrei Korolev where you will be examined, trained, and monitored. If you are accepted, you must abide by faction rules, and abide by what higher ranks tell you. ))



1. Do not use social media. Posting on platforms such as Instagram or Twitter is strictly prohibited.
2. If you are caught, do not say anything to the police or feds. Remember that, even if you snitch, you still go to jail except you take others to jail with you.
3. Before doing anything related to business, you must consult with leaders or your section leader. They shall then come up with a percentage of profit you must give to high ranks of the Bratva. 
4. Do not go outside without a balaclava or anything that FULLY covers your face unless given permission to. If you need one, be sure to consult a leader or a section leader to get one. This is to protect your identity. You may, however stay inside without a balaclava, just be sure to keep your curtains closed, and do not open the door to people that you do not know.
