The Hoover Criminals (hgc)Also Know as Hoova Crips gang Primarily consist of Several individual African american street gangs , based out of South Central Los Angeles California, Who Fall under the Hoover gangster crip card and are loosely connected to the Hoover groover. One faction tocome from this Umbrella of Crips are the 59 Hoova Criminals, A Primarily but not exclusively African american gang. The Set was originally Called the Praive Avenue Crips but after the Fued between 8 Trey Gangster Crips or M8v3n Gang and Rolling 60s Crips they became Known as the Hoover Crips, falling under the 3x umbrella/Treys.
The set was Created by Kayswan " Pop" Jr, A member of the Orginial Crip Homies, He banged under Stanley "Tookie" Williams from 1960 to 1975 when he became a OG And created his own SubSet. During this time, before the days of the ttreys and duece umbrellas, he named his Faction the Hoover groover and Led this Faction until his Arrest in 1989. He Then passed it on to Manson "2hunna" Black until his Death in 1992. The Faction had been at a all time high under the leadership of Jayvon, He kept them in heavy power, Pushing out the Rolling 30s Crips and pretty much destroying the faction, Until 1979, When the Start Of the Rolling 60s and 8 Trey Fued Begun. kayswan, Being Close friends with many Gangster Crips from The Treys Decided to take there Side. This caused the Full renaming of the Factions and there start as a gangster crip faction. However, this change got him arrested 10 years later, after he was linked to the murder of a Neighborhood Crip member.
The Faction lost power When he was arrested and caused the faction to Slowly Lose more power. In 1991, a Mass indictment of the crips caused them to lose most there power and Firearms, leaving only 10 members on the streets. This Sudden loss of power allowed the Rolling 30s Crips to gain power for the next 2 years, Causing many deaths to the 7 Trey gangster Crips to the point where the Entire faction was desalinated. The Remaining 8 Treys went on to either Create 113 or Get arrested during there Indictment.
Modern Day 59HC:
The Modern Day 59HC Is ran by a Masul "Suly" Ross,and is at a weaker state then ever, Just like 7 treys remaining members have all flipped Neighborhood or grape, All the remaining 59Hc Members either retired or still bang. The Current 59HC Beef with the 7 trey Flipped members, Current Known as the 113rd Front Yard Neighborhood Crips OR Just 113 Neighborhood Crips. Most members of the set range between 17 and 12, since most of the OGs of the faction are Dead or arrested. The Members are Usually Seen around Praire and Spruce, Usually Around The Blue Public Housing Building, This is the area they refer to as there "Turf" ( Anywhere in the gunhill area)
