[UNOFFICAL] Famila Rider Norteno's X4 (FMR4)

Nortenos are found in most of the Western part of the United States, but are not as wide spread across the U.S. as the Surenos are. Nortenos are now found as far away as Texas, Colorado, in the Mid-West, and New York where they fly under the Chicano Nation or Familia Ridas. ((Disclaimer Was placed for anyone saying we can't roleplay norteno's in ny etc.)

The Famila Rider Norteno's was founded around the year 2007 mostly on the outskirts of New York away from the other major gangs
inside of the urban cities, mostly found in area's of Buffalo or just upstate New York, the Famila Rider Norteno's tend to keep a low profile as much as when dealing
with Law Enforcement to prevent getting arrested or charged. There's a small clique outside of the Bronx/Manhatten area mostly that reside in the cabin/woods of the outskirts of New York
There leader known as Osmin currently set up shop in this area to engage the attention of hispanic males or any of hispanic origin in the area such as the Puerto Ricans, Domicans, Mexicans
etc. Osmin started the clique in 2019 after fleeing California due to the infamous 3 Strike law which mean't if you we're charged 3 times you're out basically meaning life in prison. 

Keeping this in mind Osmin decided if he moved more towards New York city he'll attract more recruits and if he's ever caught up he'll evade the 3 strike law and can get arrested as much as he want without having to do a mandatory life sentence if the charges aren't serious. 9/17/2019 2:00 AM. Osmin set up his clique in a cabin on the outskirts of New York he brought as much as drugs and firearms he could to re-sell for profit and attract recruits with the promise of making fast money. 

The Norteno's currently have a truce with most hispanic oriented gangs in California this rules applies to the eastcoast clique.

[1] You are not to speak to Law Enforcement.
[2] You share 50% Of you're profits with the gang.
[3] You are not to badmouth the gang and it's members, you must fight with you're members even if it means death.
[4] Remember the cause and what you're supposed to do as a recruit.
[X] No outsiders, you must be of Hispanic Origin to be a Norteno.

[-] Never start a feud or war for no reason.
[-] Do-not kill anyone of rivalty without a greenlight ICly.
[-] Abide by any orders no matter the outcome.
[-] All Members are required to roleplay to the best of there abilites any fail roleplay by our members-
will be punished with a blacklist from the faction for a peroid of time.
