In the late 90's, A 19 y/o named Robert Lee founded the Southside 91^ Blocc Rangers also as S91BR , They consist of every race, They founded/created in a abandoned where-house in Moscow, Russia.,They are infamous for their bank robberies, atm robberies, muggings, and identity fraud, They don't even know if Robert Lee is even his real name.
They stayed quiet for a while, They gained respect when they were in Moscow, Even the local kids ran away from their parents join the gang but they were killed in the process, You can find South-side 91^ Blocc Rangers, Wearing anything they can get on them, The leader mainly uses a black bandanna,and co-leader wears red, While the rest of gang wears green, They barely ever used guns for these, they use knives, and try to stay away from guns as much as possible, They escaped prison many times, Never the same way, They also human trafficked their kidnapped victims, and they a lot of dirty money but leader made more dirty money without them knowing he become to known as Robert Lee Sr, But people think it's a fake ID, It's real some say but no-one knows, They quickly left Moscow, Russia in hope's of finding better places to rob, and stuff so they went to America, right to NYC, Where cops patrol 24/7, They commited, Robberies, Murders, and attempt murder's but some got out scott free after saying some words to some officers, Letting him go,and showed they can use words against the local police, Once "Robert Lee", Take an ambulance to the hospital not him but for his victim who survived but would have to be on life support, He plugged the life support out so he had no hope of surviving then vanished back to NYC to make more victims, and become richer, Some say they are still out there but some say they died or even never was there, But in hopes finding them they ran around streets looking for them but never checked the locked house, and they were there waiting for someone to knock on the door, and make money, They were rich they weren't done but no-one ever knocked, No-one saw anything near the house, One night they left the house getting food but returned to their base.
