Payments
Broadway Bail Bonds of New York
With saving a loved one or friend from jail comes payments, you will have to make a down payment of 10% of the defendant's bail in order for us to pay the other 90%. Other payment arranges can be made if necessary this can range from weekly to monthly payments. With that being said you are required to sign a contract that will be provided, this contract will need the signature from yourself and the defendant. If the defendant chooses the breach this contract by missing their court date, not re-paying full bail, etc. A warrant will be put on the defendant and they will be taken in for failure to appear in court, licensed bailsmen will be sent to arrest the defendant if a breach is made in the contract. With that being said this does not mean we will not bail them out again but it will be hard decision for us to-do so.
