New York - The New York prison system is known for being terrible, with the closing of Rikersmany inmates with lower crimes are being released back into the streets of this once great city. Many prison sets such as the Brims, Bloods , Latin kings and Makk ballas are known for there movement within these prison habitats. However, when one thinks of prison gangs a specific few don't come to mind, The Crips and Gangster Disciples. GDs are one of the smallest factions within the New York border. These small GD factions such as No Love City only have about 300-500 members within the prison system (People who flipped GD). The same goes for the crips, known for being outnumbered 1:3 by bloods.
Times have obviously changed, as some of the greatest gangs have multiplied ten fold within these jails such as Rikers. The typical ratio within prison went from 1:4 to a astonishing 1:7. Along with the release of the multiple gang members, the street ratio is now approximately 1:4 from it originally being 1:3. This would be threatening if movements such as WOOO and CHOO didn't exist, one unifies mainly some crips and bloods where the other unifies Insane crips, Brims, Folks and other sets in-between. This is one of the multiple known movements, others that exist are as follows: Move On Our Own, Just On Our Own (Tilden), Structure (Baby im structure come get in tune).
Yet why has this increased? It's all thanks to the spread of multiple new sets, we've gotten to talk with one and they've provided us the following information. One of the smallest and newest blood sets in NYC are the Rollin' 20s Neighborhood Bloods (Why NHB's In new York? that are infamous mostly in the Bronx and they are expanding. Members where first spotted within the Rikers prison facility and have been starting to get more common. They're located right across from the crips yet they don't have multiple shoot outs such as how the Valentine Bloods do. There's been a reported 6 shootings and 2 murders in the Valentine blood case yet there's only been 1 reported shooting between G$C And R20s. This shooting occurred over an argument at the gas station which left a G$C member injured with multiple bullet wounds.
G$C member seen shot-down by what appears to be R20 Affiliates.
Yet these aren't the only blood sets to plague our city, A Small remake of the once large Valentine bloods, a set indicted within the Bronx 120 recently re-emerged. It was one of the largest sets to come out of this as it had 20 active members on the block daily, unlike most other sets which usually consist of 5-10 people. This faction engaged in at least 6 shootings between them selves and MBF, At least 4 between them selves and 90Layoo and multiple fights between there members and members of R20. You'd think that with this level of members and firearms that they'd be able to last once out of jail right? Well that's wrong. VB's have taken multiple Ls within the span of 3 weeks.
Well you're wrong, the first member of the faction to be pronounced dead occurred in front of the deli, a hotspot for gang crimes and gang shootings. Actually no, ALL CRIME happens at the deli, gas station or in one of the multiple project houses/hoods. this caused a downwards spiral of faction members being murder, one was killed on 53rd right across from there block. the shootings got to the point where the NYPD was afraid to react as it could cost there lives. This was the case with one of the most recent murders when 3 armed men ran up and shot a group on the corner, the police reacted and where instantly gunned down.
What honestly makes this better is that Valentine bloods once again broke up after male rumored to be there leader was killed. the only evidence was left after he was shot down on 53rd.
Top: 3 dead, 1 confirmed the 5 star general of VB.
Bottom: Suspect running off, wearing 90Layoo beads.
